  • We work mainly with small and medium businesses that want professional content without making the process overly complicated. Projects can range from social content and interviews to product demonstrations, internal communications and branded video.n text goes here

  • Yes. We can help shape the brief, work out what needs to be captured and agree the most practical approach before filming begins. The aim is to make the shoot efficient and make sure the finished content is useful.

  • Yes. Filming can take place at your workplace, event venue or another suitable location. Travel and any specific access or technical requirements can be discussed as part of the booking.

  • It depends on the project. Some content can be captured in a shorter session, while more involved shoots may need a half day or full day. We’ll agree the expected filming time before the booking is confirmed.

  • You’ll receive the agreed finished content in the formats discussed for the project. This can include ready-to-use video for social media, websites, presentations or internal communications, depending on what has been agreed.

  • Yes, but Client Editing is currently available to customers who have completed The Laughing Donkey training. You capture the footage using the workflow we’ve built together, then send it to us for editing and polishing.
